These are the vet records we received TWO days before my trial was set to begin. They are incomplete, copied & pasted, out of chronological order but they do show something even more sinister... They have not provided us with all of the lab records or the original COLOR photos, the one partially colored photo I seen in court of Sofia my Schnauzer clearly showed her with a bloody mouth.
Please keep in mind all of my animals were taken by 10 a.m. but they didn't show up at the shelter til almost 7 hours later. Where were they? What did they do to my dogs? Soffie was bloody, missing teeth & hypothermic, Hoki my Kelpie was having seizures, & George my senior, terminally ill dog was bleeding from his rectum & couldn't walk. WHAT DID THESE FREAKS DO TO MY DOGS FOR SEVEN HOURS?

George 14yr old male Eskimo, terminally ill with stage 4 lymphoma, had conjuctivitis but I had medication for that, the night before they came & took them was the first night he refused to sleep with me, he wanted to be in his kennel I took that to mean that he was done fighting, so I went to bed with the knowledge that the next day I would have to make arrangements to have him put to sleep, he wanted me to keep my hand on him in the kennel, but after 18 months of faithfully sleeping with his little nose in my waist, he couldn't do that anymore.
1) PLEASE NOTE THAT IT SAYS THE VET DIDN'T EXAMINE HIM TIL 1/7/11
2) ALSO NOTE IT SAYS HE WAS UNABLE TO WALK & WAS BLEEDING FROM HIS RECTUM/VENT
3) ALSO NOTE HIS FIRST FECAL EXAM SHOWED ONLY NON-MOTILE BACTERIA PRESENT IN ALL FECES
4) HE WAS UNABLE TO WALK?
5) MOST IMPORTANTLY NOTE HIS EXAM TIME 5:18P.M.
***SO WHY WAS HE BLEEDING FROM HIS RECTUM? WHY DID THEY WAIT ALL DAY TO EXAMINE A DOG THEY KNEW TO BE ON PAIN MANAGEMENT & IN PAIN BECAUSE HE WAS TERMINALLY ILL. HE WAITED FOR 9 HOURS FOR ANYONE TO TAKE A LOOK AT HIM OR ACKNOWLEDGE HIS PAIN, HE WAS ONLY GIVEN A WORMER & NO PAIN MEDS
Please note they only gave him a 1/4 of a 50mg tab of Tramadol which would not have helped him with pain at all, it wouldn't have phased him.
It took ALL of the above pages to tell anyone what I ALREADY told them, George had lymphoma, instead they had to mutilate him & disect him, when the CITY VET is not licensed to do necropsies that would hold water in a court of law, there are only 2 vet/labs in this state accredited with being able to do a legally admissable necropsy

Hoki, my 8 yr old Kelpie that they have listed as 3 1/2. His exam was at 5:13p.m. by a vet tech even though he had just had another siezure at 4:40. Why wouldn't a vet have seen him IMMEDIATELY?
He was not checked by the vet til the next day. Even though he had, had multiple seizures
How did they get a positive result for Giardia at 12 a.m.? A fecal test takes days, not minutes... We do not have the lab results to prove this either
Why in the hell would they vaccinate him in his arm, it goes behind their neck, I don't understand that...
It says on 5/21 Hoki has tapeworms, he would've gotten those from fleas, he didn't have fleas, & this is 5 1/2 months after he was taken from me so he couldn't have had them the whole time. We don't have any lab results to prove this either

Taz my cat is listed as a year & a 1/2 old, he was born in 2004. The last time he is heard from is 1/20/2011 & we still do not have lab results from him either. How do you go that far of in age? Atleast in this report he is a fixed male, according to the vets report for court he is an unaltered female. The time on his first exam is 4:54p.m.
Okay he supposedly had Giardia on 1/20/2011, anyone who understands or has has Giardia, AKA the Traveler's trots knows you can NOT sit around for 2 weeks with it, the diarreah would've been horrific, he would've been dead by then. There are no lab results for this either...

Libby is listed as an unaltered male, with no age listed. Please pay attention to all the meds & tests they did on her. I told them she needs a 1/2 a benedryl every day, or she would break out again, she is also allergic to fleas, they never called our vet to get her treatment regiment from them either they just kept using drugs that could've killed her. Her first exam is at 4:55p.m.
Again they are getting results at 12 a.m.? We have no lab results for this. Also the results aren't being recorded til days or weeks or months later on a lot of the dogs
Lori Trask is the ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER not he vet, why is she treating my dogs with anything, the vet signs off on that day as prescribing meds so why is Trask "treating" my animals?
Now Libby has tapeworms on 3/1/2011 again caused by fleas, she is allergic to fleas is why she had another outbreak & they even note that the problem could be the flea treatment. She didn't have fleas, none of my dogs did, nor would they.
Ingrid Weaver is also an ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER not a vet or vet tech, why is she injecting (Praziquantel) anything into my dogs? The meds they are giving her could've very well killed her & it says she is throwing up, depressed & agitiated. Idiots...
She is still sick on 5/25/2011 from all the different meds they are giving her
It is stating she had an extreme reaction Baytril, this was not recorded til 5/7/2011, please note this is out of chronological order & just sloppy, what if they would've given her the same thing again because this was not recorded in a timely manner & where are the records from her exam & blood work from the actual time of the reaction, what was the reaction, this is all stuff that should've been documented for court & for MY piece of mind so I knew what was happening to her, but reading the report she was having a serious reaction to many of the meds but received no emergent care for this
SOFFIA
Soffia Bella Loren, is listed as a 7 1/2 yr old female, she was born in 1999, her first exam is at 5:29p.m.. Please note below she was listed as having broken/missing teeth, being hypothermic & I finally seen color pictures at court & her mouth was all bloody. She was totally soaked, & looked terrified in her pictures.
She was Hypothermic, missing teeth & bloody, supposedly they got another positive test at 12:a.m. but again we don't have the lab work on that either

The pictures they took of her soaking wet show her hair in ringlets... If she was matted they would've been in lumps, & it is impossible for a GREY dog to be "urine stained" seriously. Also if there was urine & feces in her hair in a criminal investigation they would've sent it to a lab to be tested for both, but they didn't because there were NO MATS, URINE OR FECES.
The above lab tests are because Soffia had a bladder stone, I had taken her to Shelton Vet's & to our rescue vet & they didn't diagnos it, at either place, & it was a big one. Shelton told me she had bladder cancer, but our rescue vet said she was just fat.
